Parking at the Millenium

For the St Louis Quake, our group is being provided with complimentary parking in the hotel's Black Level section of the parking ramp across the street. The clearance on this section is 6' 8". Groups will be able to have one vehicle per room housed in the ramp. Buses and other over-sized vehicles are not covered in the complimentary parking.

Joe Wilkinson

Joe Wilkinson Event Director

Born and raised in small town Wisconsin, Joe graduated from UW-Stevens Point with majors in Philosophy, Media Development, and a Psychology Minor. During that time, Joe spent his summers working at one of the camps of Crossways Camping Ministries, doing everything from counseling to program development, to working in the kitchen. Having just recently traversed the frozen tundra to neighboring Minnesota, Joe is excited for his opportunity to continue working in youth ministry through Youth Encounter. Joe loves playing games (he has over 20 board games!), Ultimate Frisbee, bowling, discussing theology and philosophy, reading, and would like to some day get back into fencing.

"Packer" Dave Gunnlaugsson

"Packer" Dave Gunnlaugsson has a deep love for Jesus and for youth, which is why he is so excited to serve as a speaker at events. Packer's involvement with Youth Encounter dates back to his Cross Fire team experience to Africa in 1998-1999. He also worked on staff and has served as the Assistant Registrar and an Event Ministry Director. In addition to being passionate about Youth Encounter's ministry, he also enjoys camping ministry, disc golf, ultimate Frisbee, and spending time with his wonderful wife Nicky and their baby boy, Isaac. Currently they live in Wisconsin where Packer is a youth pastor.
