Event Registration

You have 2 register options:

1. Check Payment
Download, print and mail (or fax) a paper registration form with your check. 
Download PDF form

2. Credit Card Payment
Fill out the online form and pay with your credit card. You will be redirected to a new secure window. Once your registration is complete, you will receive a automatic confirmation email.

Deadline Information
For registration deadlines, mailed in checks need to be postmarked and online forms with credit card payments need to be completed on or before the deadline date.

Sample Medical Release Form - Use or edit this Microsoft Word file as a medical release form for your students. Youth Encounter does not need copies of these forms.

Please fill out these forms and send them with your registration to Youth Encounter.

Discounts

• Large Group Discount: You receive $100 off for every 25 participants you register.
• Refer a church Discount: Tell a friend about Youth Encounter events and receive $100 off if they register at least four (4) participants.
• New Church Discount: If you haven’t been to a Youth Encounter event in the last three (3) years and you register more than four (4) participants, you save $100.

Cancellation Policy

When you register, both your group and Youth Encounter make commitments to each other. In turn, Youth Encounter makes commitments to hotels and other companies. Deposits are non-refundable at any time.

Before your event’s standard deadline, your group’s size may be reduced from the numbers you originally reserved and only the unused deposits are forfeit.

After the event’s standard deadline, your group guarantees that it will pay the full event fee for all spaces that are reserved at that date, even if there are fewer people who actually attend. It may be possible to increase the number of attendees by calling the Youth Encounter Registrar at 1.800.659.6884 ext. 8449.
